Near new property at north end of downtown - just off Hwy 97, but with minimal highway noise. Room very attractive, contemporary boutique styling and nice layout and features - ideal for vacation or business stay. Very clean. Appreciated heating system that simply worked, with winter cold, and quietly. Breakfast included, and offerings well prepared.

Break fast is all fresh but need more selection on meat like bacon and more waffle machine because its always busy its hard to wait esp when you have kids. Staff is always there to refill and clean which is nice. Romm is clean and compy except the sofa bed it hurts my back because the metal pressing my body and the side metal keeps my kids bump in to it maybe because the bed is thin I think not sure but it is not compy like the big bed its a dream bed! Pool is nice and clean wish it is warm a littlebit esp at night swimming and wish there is also for kids pool and kiddy slide.but over all the pool is nice!towel is also available when we got there.

The staff were super friendly from the man who checked us in to the maintenance man to the cleaning staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. It was a little noisy with people coming back and forth from the pool to their rooms but we didn’t mind and it was always quiet after the pool closed at 10. The beds were very comfortable, modern decor, updated tvs. My 3 kids (4,7 and 9) and I had a great stay. They loved the pool and I loved the seating around the pool so I could read while they swam for hours.

The staff were amazing. We have been staying at this hotel every winter for years as we stay here for a few days before and usually a day after we go to Big White with our kids. Decent breakfast. Good water slide and pool. Close to amenities. And the staff were super friendly. First rate staff!

The hotel was clean overall, including the rooms and bathrooms, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly, and although the breakfast wasn't very diverse, it included the essentials, which we appreciated. Compared to other old, worn-out, and cramped hotels, this one offered great value for the price, and our family was quite satisfied.

Great place. They don't call it Comfort for nothing. Everything was very comfortable and not outdated. We stayed in the King w/ sofa bed for family of 4 and was comfortable with space. The breakfast is great with many options. The pool was a nice addition. Friendly front desk. Chrome cast. I will definitely look to book a accommodations through Comfort inn and suites in the future wherever that may be.

The staff and Manager were extremely welcoming and accommodated our family beyond expectations. Even with a busy sold out weekend, there was plenty of food replenished for breakfast and every area was always kept clean. The rooms are spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults too! Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to town.
